Chapter XVII (186-196) INTERROGATION

(1)

“Paragraph eight I’m going to allow to stand.” The Court said before moving on to read the next paragraph.

I read Paragraph Eight as the page came to life and spoke to me with clarity.

“The law firm of Conde and Cohen failed to be mindful of their obligations to both client and court, as stated in rules 4-1.6 and 4-3.3 set forth by the Florida Bar Association. The law firm of Conde and Cohen created a grievous conflict of interest by failing to evict Aaron R. Cohen. This refusal to follow client’s demands set the stage for the client being retractably damaged and compromised due to the fact that two Crackhead Jesus cases were pending and rapidly approaching before the court. The client’s ability to exercise the right to discharge a lawyer at any time was and is being violated.” She said.

“Paragraph nine I’m going to allow to stand.” The Judge stated.

Paragraph Nine seeped into my brain with a gentle whisper.

“The law firm of Conde and Cohen violated rule 4-5.1 regarding duties concerning adherence to rules of professional conduct, supervisory lawyers’ duties, and responsibility for rules violations.” The Page said to me.

“Didn’t you have some influence in the hiring of Conde and Cohen for the big Grand View Palace trial?" Crackhead Jesus said as he approached me from the Bench wearing a suit made of armor.

His face was covered in a stainless steel mask

"Isn't that the law firm going up against the infamous D.C. Doctor of North Bay Village?" Crackhead Jesus said with the foul breath of death exploding from his mouth outward.

"Wasn't that the same Doctor who tried to sell you the Brooklyn Bridge during the Housing Boom?" He asked while looking down at me with his shiny metal face.

"Wasn't Conde and Cohen the law firm your small company entrusted to fight for your rights in that case?” Crackhead Jesus interrogated me as if I were standing trial in his court.

“So let me get this straight, Boy, are you trying to find out what the United States Justice system deems ethical and competent nowadays?"

It took all the strength I had not to look away from the fearful sight that stared back at me.

"Is that what you expect for your tax payer dollar?"

His horrid face shined like a mirror. I turned to look away and my eyes fell down on the table, to the open pages of my Revised Fourth Edition copy of Black's Law Dictionary.

"Hasn't the Florida Bar already answered that question for you, Kid?" The words flew out of Crackhead Jesus' mouth, with thick yellow flem, that landed on the definition of Confusion Of Debts.
